Eat Fruit to Cure Cancer, Stay Healthy and Lose Weight!

Dr Stephen Mak is a friend of mine at the BSF course. He told me he treats terminal ill cancer patients by "un-orthodox" way and many patients recovered. He explains to me before he is using solar energy to clear the illnesses of his patients. He believes on natural healing in the body against illnesses. See the article below.

Dear Shereen,

Thanks for the email on fruits and juices. It is one of the strategies to heal cancer. As of late, my success rate in curing cancer is about 80%. Cancer patients shouldn't die. The cure for cancer is already found. It is whether you believe it or not? I am sorry for the hundreds of cancer patients who die under the conventional treatments.. .
Thanks and God bless.
Dr Stephen Mak

EATING FRUIT...
We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat.
What is the correct way of eating fruits?
IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.
If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.
FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.
In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil....
So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining — every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc — actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!
Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.
There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.
When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.
But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!
KIWI: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.
APPLE: An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.
STRAWBERRY: Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals.
ORANGE : Sweetest medicine. Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.
WATERMELON: Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene — the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are vitamin C & Potassium.
GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high vitamin C content.. Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene; this is good for your eyes.
Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer! Can u believe this?? For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

This is the best advice I've ever seen on eating fruit. Even if it isn't all factual or you don't believe in it, fruits and veges can help us be healthier, THAT'S a proven fact.

Sold on Soul! (Collective Soul that is :)

I'm so thrilled these guys are still rockin'! Being a devoted fan for over 15 years, I've noticed a few things about them that stand out from other bands;

1. Collective Soul is still creating some of the best music on the airwaves while keeping their fans happy and simultaneously gaining a new audience with the younger generations.

2. I love that they mix it up on every album, always surprising with every lyric @ every verse with each consecutive play, and only getting better with each tune-in. You'll never be bored or feel that Collective Soul is just playing the same old thing with the same old sound; they're innovative, courageous and still intimate with matters of the heart.

3.They are very down-to-earth people with huge hearts and the talent to go with it. Even tho' they're 'rock stars' in every way, they don't forget it's the fans who support them and they're always ready to sign an autograph or take picture. Truly great guys :)

4. They don't charge $200 per ticket to go see them live. As phenomenal as they are, comparatively speaking, in my book, just as great as LIVE or U2; you don't see them raping the public with outrageous price tags on live shows. I've seen them many times and have never paid more than $30 (with the exception of Woodstock - of course that's a whole different animal and another story all together!)

Now, offering fantastic prizes for a Blog contest? How cool is it that they're giving back to the fans?! This tour/blog contest is a testament not only to their big ballads, rock anthems, and meaningful lyrics, but to their big hearts to go along with them.

Jim or Jimmy, and sometimes honey, babe, sweetie or a multitude of other names I call him (My boyfriend/other-half/best friend depending on the mood) introduced me to Collective Soul when they first came on the scene with HATLU (hints,allegations,things left unsaid); he's always had great taste in music, so I knew right away I'd love them. And after the very first listen, I was in love. Collective Soul gets it. They generate a great vibe/message, and had me at Shine .....buzzing in my head for months! (reminiscent of the first time I heard U2).

Jim and I both agreed that we would try to find a concert as soon as we could. And after returning from our first live dose of Collective Soul in '98 we were more impressed than we expected and were completely hooked and instead of getting stale; trying to reproduce the same sounds as previous albums, they've only aged like fine wine. They get better in every way.

Rock on Souls!

And how lucky...they're touring this year! If you've never seen them live, I highly recommend it! SEE THEM LIVE!

Collective Soul has more of a meaning to me than most bands I love.

Words can not express the thanks I wish to convey to them. They've helped me get through some really tough times.

One song in particular that stands out in the Collective Soul songbook, for me, is:

SISTER DON'T CRY (from HATLU; hints, allegations&things left unsaid)

When one of my very dear friends committed suicide (which I still think was a murder, but that's for an entirely different conversation), a few years back

just before Thanksgiving, it left me confused, sad, angry and hurt.

The circumstances around her death were no mystery, as she did leave a note, but the fact that everyone believed she had hundreds of choices other than suicide still baffle me and a few other friends of hers; as it was known that her husband forcefully admitted her into a mental institution (with unfounded accusations) and doctors pumping her full of psychopathic drugs.

It was also known that her husband & his family used their money and wielded their political positions to satisfy their own idea of justice; it would never be able to be proved otherwise that she didn't overdose with the very psychiatric prescriptions that were supposed to be "helping" her on the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving.

The more I dwell on it, the more her husband seems the guilty party, as he wouldn't let her out of the house or let her speak to her friends (myself included...she had to call me from her work (before she was admitted) and lived 3 states away, so it wasn't easy for me to get to her.

I was so mad at her for giving up, I would have helped her if she'd just told me. But just as much anger as I felt for him, and thinking it was all his fault; I felt anger at her too for leaving her young daughter to grow up without her guidance and love, not to mention the hurt that she didn't come to me to help her through the feelings of hopelessness she'd felt. I was shocked and surging with bitter feelings. I was so out of it, I couldn't work, sleep or eat for days and I felt like I couldn't go on. I felt so lost, I didn't know where to turn. While moping around the house I found a Collective Soul cd and put it in the player.

By the time Ed started singing SISTER DON'T CRY I was already in tears, but his lyrics really seemed to speak to me that day;

"Pull your heart from your sleeve, first react then believe, you won't always get thunder to warn you of storms ahead, so bury all this pain and get on with your life again, conquer some serenity, lay yourself in fields of poetry, close your eyes to all you see and lay your weary head here with me...Sister don't cry, sister do n't cry no more, sister don't cry anymore. "

Yeah, I know...intense.

And after listening to that song someh ow I felt that things would be ok some way, if I'd just get on with my life and not dwell on the pain. So I did, and it was easier than I thought; though I still think of her on occasion and hope that her daughter will remember all the good things her mother left in her heart.

So, thank you Ed, Dean, Will and the rest of the gang. You'll never know how much your music means to me. You're much more appreciated than you realize.

Some bands create a connection to another world; breaking rules and surpassing all expectations of the typical song crafting art. Having the gift of wrapping the listener in a warm fuzzy blanket, or whispering everything will be ok to you when you feel all is lost. Their musical interpretations are always lifting their listeners beyond the norm making us feel like we're not alone, or that there's more to this life than what meets the eye.

Collective Soul is one of those enduring bands that just keeps giving, growing and surpassing all mortal barriers lifting their fans to ever higher planes song by song. They are truly a band for the ages that will live on generation after generation.

I Could Cry a Universe

A resource-based economy would utilize existing resources from the land and sea, physical equipment, industrial plants, etc. to enhance the lives of the total population. In an economy based on resources rather than money, we could easily produce all of the necessities of life and provide a high standard of living for all

The Venus Project and the Zeitgeist Movement May Be Just the Help We Need
"What I would like to see is a world without war, poverty, hunger or territorial disputes. All the wonders of technology mean very little unless they serve to elevate all human beings to their highest potential and bring about world unification."- Jacque Fresco

I've always dreamed of a Utopian society where everyone plays their part by doing what they do best for the good of the whole.- It wouldn't even feel like work if its something you love to do!- where everyone has sufficient food, water, shelter and an important place in their community.

Each individual is born with an innate gift that if nurtured and practiced could prove beneficial to everyone.
I truly believe everyone has something they were born to do that would benefit everyone and the entire world, while at the same time makes them happy. Most people I've shared these thoughts with think I've lost my mind, or that I'm a dreamer floating outside reality. My other half thinks I live in what he calls, "in La-LaLand". But look at our so-called 'society'...really look at it. Is this what we want? Is this how we really want to live? - with greed, money, power, elitism and war, hunger, poverty and so much suffering? Is this what we want?

I don't think so.

I think people want to live in peace and harmony, doing what they love to do, where they all have a place to lay their heads; with enough food and clean water & air; the basic necessities we all need to survive and thrive.

I'm not crazy.

I think people are just afraid of change.

Because if we did move toward a society where there was no money; where everyone did their job's for the benefit of their communities- everyone doing their part to keep each other fed, clothed, housed, healthy and happy, then many people who are now wealthy wielding absolute power would not want to give up what they have to 'lower' themselves and live like everyone else; those with too much would find it too difficult to let go of the lives they've created for themselves and join the ranks of the 'common man'.

You may even think I'm crazy, but the way in which we've all been living for thousands of years has show us, by it's own evolution, that it's not working; our model of society is breaking down on every level and if we keep going on this track there won't be enough of this beautiful world's resources left to sustain this way of life for very long.
We need a new model- a new paradigm- a new way of life; one that includes everyone...every_single_soul on this planet. Not just us, or our family and friends, our state, or our country, but the whole world. Our system is not working! Wake up! Look around you! Isn't it clear?
Turn on the TV and you'll see violence, war, hunger, greed, political power plays, recession, and a general discontent throughout the world.

The society we've created is breaking down and getting worse everyday. Even the simple fact that we have a TV, or electricity to run that TV, or the chair you're sitting in; is not a reality for millions of people on this planet. That we have clean running water, or food to eat- it's all taken for granted. But what about all the people with nothing? - literally nothing- no food, water, shelter, healthcare...things we take for granted everyday.

It's so disturbing to me that we all turn a blind eye to this because we're comfortable in our fancy homes with air conditioning, plasma TV's with surround sound, laptops, refrigerators full of food, king-size memory-foam mattresses, and remote controls.

And yet we're getting up everyday to go to work for some company that exploits its workers &would think nothing of firing us because tomorrow they could very well replace us with a computer.
Do you really want to live that way?

I believe all is not lost.

We can change.

We can make a difference.

If enough of us band together with a new model of life; a new way to live in harmony with our planet and each other; we could live in a loving, non-scarcity based society that promotes education and evolution of our species in a more positive way. It may not happen overnight, as I really don't think it would or even could happen that quickly, but given the state of current affairs, time is of the essence and starting today with ourselves is a good place as any to begin our journey to a Utopian society.

When we are babies, we are a clean slates so to speak, and can learn anything we are taught. So for real change to happen, we should spend less time fighting the effects of the sickened social structure and more time trying to change the root causes. As difficult and overwhelming as it may be to think this way, it is the only way our world will change for the better.We can keep on squashing the ants coming out from under the refrigerator, but until we get rid of the spoiled food behind it, they are just going to keep on coming.

Now is the time. We must wake up from our comfortable slumber and speak up!

My heart feels like it could explode and this concept feels bigger than everything. My emotions and thoughts feel larger than the whole thing put together; a culmination of all life; beyond our world, beyond our universe, beyond infinity, beyond the beyond.

I could cry a universe.
For love, for peace, for truth, for living the way we all want to live.
We've got to do something.

"Human beings free of debt, insecurity, and fear become much more amiable. With no one out to sell anyone anything or to deprive another of possessions or money, the basis for unhealthy human aggression is outgrown. People no longer are burdened by the nagging concerns that consume so much attention such as mortgages, health care costs,
education fees, fire insurance, economic recession or depression, the loss of jobs, and taxes. With the elimination of these burdens and the removal of the conditions that create feelings of envy, greed, and competition, people's lives would be far more meaningful." Jacque Fresco

"The really important kind of freedom involves attention, and awareness,..."

This clip from a commencement speech hit home with me, and I would assume so many others as its so pertinent to today's (and everyday's) lifesyles and the ways of our world that I felt I must share its sense and importance in our lives, even if only in my own little way.
The enormous weight of this subject is no small matter, but a glimpse into what could be, or what may shine into our conscious minds, if only for a brief moment, And I hope that moment will mean something to you, and bring you closer to what would bring clarity, awareness and attention into your life.

"The really important kind of freedom involves attention..."
- Alex Steffen

David Foster Wallace left behind this beautiful passage from a commencement speech:

You get to consciously decide what has meaning and what doesn't. You get to decide what to worship.

Because here's something else that's weird but true: in the day-to day trenches of adult life, there is actually no such thing as atheism.
There is no such thing as not worshipping.
Everybody worships.
The only choice we get is what to worship.
And the compelling reason for maybe choosing some sort of god or spiritual-type thing to worship -- be it JC or Allah, bet it YHWH or the Wiccan Mother Goddess, or the Four Noble Truths, or some inviolable set of ethical principles -- is that pretty much anything else you worship will eat you alive.
If you worship money and things, if they are where you tap real meaning in life, then you will never have enough, never feel you have enough. It's the truth. Worship your body and beauty and sexual allure and you will always feel ugly. And when time and age start showing, you will die a million deaths before they finally grieve you. On one level, we all know this stuff already. It's been codified as myths, proverbs, clichés, epigrams, parables; the skeleton of every great story. The whole trick is keeping the truth up front in daily consciousness.

Worship power, you will end up feeling weak and afraid, and you will need ever more power over others to numb you to your own fear. Worship your intellect, being seen as smart, you will end up feeling stupid, a fraud, always on the verge of being found out. But the insidious thing about these forms of worship is not that they're evil or sinful, it's that they're unconscious. They are default settings.

They're the kind of worship you just gradually slip into, day after day, getting more and more selective about what you see and how you measure value without ever being fully aware that that's what you're doing.

And the so-called real world will not discourage you from operating on your default settings, because the so-called real world of men and money and power hums merrily along in a pool of fear and anger and frustration and craving and worship of self. Our own present culture has harnessed these forces in ways that have yielded extraordinary wealth and comfort and personal freedom. The freedom all to be lords of our tiny skull-sized kingdoms, alone at the center of all creation. This kind of freedom has much to recommend it. But of course there are all different kinds of freedom, and the kind that is most precious you will not hear much talk about much in the great outside world of wanting and achieving and [unintelligible -- sounds like "displayal"]. The really important kind of freedom involves attention and awareness and discipline, and being able truly to care about other people and to sacrifice for them over and over in myriad petty, unsexy ways every day.

That is real freedom. That is being educated, and understanding how to think. The alternative is unconsciousness, the default setting, the rat race, the constant gnawing sense of having had, and lost, some infinite thing.

from; http://www.marginalia.org/dfw_kenyon_commencement.html

It's really easy to make an ass of yourself thinking aloud about subjects this big in response to a writer as brilliant as DFW, but... I'm more and more of the opinion that actual practice of the good life -- a deepened sense of meaning, more caring and closer relationships, more sensual and exciting experiences, more satisfying work, more creative expression and more plain old fun -- is something that has eroded, noticeably, from our lives as they've become more debt-leveraged, materially cluttered and unsustainable.

As much as I admire voluntary simplicity, I don't think that simplicity for its own sake is the answer, at least not in the sense of relinquishment or retreat from the complexity of 21st century life. But I increasingly think that an increase in clarity is an absolute precondition to the world changing the way I want, and, perhaps more even more importantly, to living like that world was already here.

And I suspect the clarity I hope towards and the kind of freedom David Foster Wallace describes here are much the same thing.

Get Refreshed by Nature's Energies

“Distillation Is In Itself A Simple Natural Phenomenon. When You Look Above Your Head And See Clouds In The Sky, These Are But Evaporation Visible Shape.
And When You Walk At Dawn On Grass Dew, It Is On Night's Condensate."

GEORGES FERRANDO

I love this quote. It surely expresses a true natural phenomenon. It surprises me that more people are not aware of how beautiful our earth is; it's magical-like qualities and occurrences of life are around every corner. And we walk on our man-made sidewalks while looking at our man-made cars and concrete buildings, with hardly a glance upward, or to nature's wonder and glory. We are truly missing out on a truly abundant life.

Why not take today to stop and smell the roses. Walk a different route this morning; look for new plants or animals. Try something different and make a point to spend some time in the fresh outdoors (if you are living in a big city, try taking a walk in a park and soak up as much oxygenated air and 'natural' energy from the natural world around you.)You will be so glad you did.

When I'm surrounded by nature, a part of me is rejoicing while another part of me is nervous (a fear of the unknown). I immediately dive into the rejoicing/happy part of me so I won't recognize the terror trying to rise within me. It seems to work quite well, especially if I concentrate on the birds that are close by, or a squirrel that is within sight, or something like that, it could be anything, a turtle, a bunny, whatever it takes to clear my mind and focus entirely on receiving positive energy from the world around me. After a few minutes the light from the sun mixed with the energy of the natural world seems to fill me with such a wonderful feeling that I entirely forget anything about fear. Of course, I believe this is God working his beautiful magic. But not everyone feels the same way. It's too bad, because...what a wonderful feeling it is!

I hope you find a way to spend some time in nature today to refresh your mind, body and soul with a part of the nurturing world around you. You'll find it can add a great deal to you life.

U2 New Music

Lyrics to the new U2 songs

GET ON YOUR BOOTS

The future needs a big kiss
Winds blows with a twist
Never seen a moon like this
Can you see it too?

Night is falling everywhere
Rockets at the fun fair
Satan loves a bomb scare
But he won't scare you

Hey, sexy boots
Get on your boots, yeah

You free me from the dark dream
Candy floss ice cream
All our kids are screaming
But the ghosts aren't real

Here's where we gotta be
Love and community
Laughter is eternity
If joy is real

You don't know how beautiful
You don't know how beautiful you are
You don't know, and you don't get it, do you?
You don't know how beautiful you are

That's someone's stuff they're blowing up
We're into growing up
Women of the future
Hold the big revelations

I got a submarine
You got gasoline
I don't want to talk about wars between nations

Not right now

Hey sexy boots...
Get on your boots, yeah
Not right now
Bossy boots

You don't know how beautiful
You don't know how beautiful you are
You don't know, and you don't get it, do you?
You don't know how beautiful you are

Hey sexy boots
I don't want to talk about the wars between the nations
Sexy boots, yeah

Let me in the sound
Let me in the sound
Let me in the sound, sound
Let me in the sound, sound
Meet me in the sound

Let me in the sound
Let me in the sound, now
God, I'm going down
I don't wanna drown now
Meet me in the sound

Let me in the sound
Let me in the sound
Let me in the sound, sound
Let me in the sound, sound
Meet me in the sound

Get on your boots
Get on your boots
Get on your boots
Yeah hey hey

You could prepare them in a number of ways, here's some examples;

How Do You Prepare Herbs?

Capsule: This is the most popular way most people take their herbs. Some of the reasons: it's easy, convenient, avoids bitter taste, saves on preparation, and provides an exact regulated dosage to the body.

Decoction: To extract the deeper essences from harder or coarser herbs such as stems, barks, and roots. The herbs are usually simmered uncovered for 10 to 20 minutes until 1/3 of the water has decreased through evaporation, usually one part plant to twenty parts water. Note: for coarser herbs such as Valerian and Burdock, these must be gently simmered in a covered pot to bring out their medicinal properties. Strain before using.

Extracts: Extracts are a highly concentrated alcohol base in liquid form derived from pure herbs. Many people use herbal extracts who are unable to swallow the usual dose. Exact dosages are recommended on individual bottles. This is one of the more convenient ways to take herbs.

Fomentation: A fomentation is an external application of herbs, generally used to treat swellings, pains, cold and flu. To prepare a fomentation, soak a towel or cloth in the desired tea, and apply the towel over the affected area as hot as can be tolerated without burning. Cover the towel with a dry flannel cloth. Repeat as needed.

Infusion: The most common way of preparing herbs. The extraction of the active properties of a substance by steeping or soaking it, usually in water. The usual amount is a teaspoon of leaves, blossoms, or flowers to a cup of boiling water. The water is poured over the herbs, then steeped for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain before using. Honey may be added to taste.

Plaster: A plaster is much like a poultice, but the herbal materials are placed between two pieces of cloth and applied to the affected area. When there is an irritant to the skin, this method will serve to prevent the herb from coming in direct contact with the skin.

Poultice: A poultice is usually used as an antiseptic and to reduce swelling by applying a warm mass of powdered herbs directly to the skin. To prepare, add enough hot water to make a thick paste, then apply directly to the skin. Cover with a hot moist towel and leave on until it cools. Repeat as often as needed.

Salve: A healing or soothing ointment. Use 3 oz. powered herb, 7 oz. cocoa butter, l oz. beeswax, (depending on consistency desired, more beeswax may be needed). Blend all three ingredients together in a covered pot on low heat for 1 to 2 hours. When it is cold, it should be firm and ready to use.

happy herbing!

Love...in more ways than one!

Sometimes something comes along and changes everything....

this is one of those things.

"The Shack" is a book you'll want to share with everyone.

"My wonderful aunt (more like a sister) recommended and shared this book with me, how amazing she is.
The Shack is truly captivating, and full of wonderment, even through all the sadness and tragedy, a beautiful story....I haven't cried this much since I read "Conversations With God"...
The text written in between the lines can definitely change your life :)
Even tho' not everything I had questions for were answered, I still left feeling a renewed sense of being and I highly recommend getting a copy, reading it and sharing it with someone.
Before she shared this book with me she said, "You'll know who to share this with after you are finished with it." I wish I could share it with everyone!
Each person will get something different out of it, very personal and quite illuminating. Just open your heart, and mind for a few hours, and it could change the way you look at "living".
Even if you don't fully "believe", there is still much inherent wisdom in its text to help you find just what you thought you didn't need in its glowing pages. Love, .......in more ways than one."

Pass it on!

*Guardian angel: your personal angelic guide

Your guardian angel is always there, whether you acknowledge it or not. Everyone has a personal guardian angel who, from the very minute you were born, was assigned to you and will be there to protect and guide you whenever you should need or ask. One of the nicest things you could do would be to thank your guardian angel for all the times that they were there for you.

Everyone has guardian angels, but many people are just too busy to hear them. Angels are polite and have strict orders not to interfere in our daily lives, except in dire circumstances. They will, however, drop subtle messages to keep us out of trouble if we are alert enough to catch them. If you want a clear and concise message from your angel, you must ask a direct question. Your angel will always answer your questions. You must ask your question out loud. Clear, concise questions will get you clear, concise answers. Answers will always be tangible and explicit, something you can put your hands on. The answers I've gotten I could pick up and examine. Asking a frivolous question will get you a silly answer. The universe will match your level of sincerity.

Many people would like to believe in guardian angels, but are skeptical. I always encourage a healthy skepticism when dealing with the astral plane. It is not my intent to convince you that angels exist. You will convince yourself or you won't. There are con artists on the astral plane, just as there are here in temporal life. Your angel will be happy to provide you with evidence of its existence. They seem to have no gender so its no matter if you refer to them as female or male. A real angel will expect you to ask for proof, and will provide you with straightforward answers.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Please choose those angels and prayers which speak to you and remember, angels can hear the words in your heart, too.
Makes a wonderful gift for yourself or someone you love.
